Job Description
- Graduate/Diploma with minimum Microsoft certification and at least 2 years of core system administration experience in areas of Windows Server Operating System, with Hyper-V and VMWare, DHCP, File Servers, Web Server and Networking concepts
- Server hardware knowledge for maintenance, cleaning, repair, replacement of defective/faulty parts & their installation
- Server Operating System: Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (OEM Supported Versions). At least basic knowledge of Linux Operating System
- Storage: Working knowledge of Storage systems
- Backup: Good knowledge of Windows Backup and Recovery & concepts. Knowledge on additional backup tools preferred
- Server Monitoring Tools: Exposure to different server monitoring tools
- Good knowledge of MS-Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Awareness of ITIL processes
- Conceptually sound and with good analytical skills
- Good Oral and Written Communication skills
- Ready to work in cross & multi discipline as per business needs
