Trainee Engineer

• Ø Extensive Field Job – You will be required to work for the entire day visiting customers to resolve problems reported by them related to their IT assets.
• Ø Your job will involve diagnose problems with customers’ systems (Laptops/Printers and other equipment, etc. depending on type of business unit you are assigned to), and replacing the defective parts. For this purpose you will need to carry the official spare parts with you and are to be returned to office within defined time frame.
• Ø In a month, you may be required to travel to different customer site within the city or out location. The exact number of such travel days may vary from time to time and business unit to business unit depending on the call volume.
• Ø You must have android based mobile phone
• Ø If in case of overnight stay at any location then you will be entitled for reimbursement as per company policy.
• Ø SYSNET is doing this program for the freshers to encourage the youth to get the experience on IT field. You need to undergo the training program and further on the field / job training for the defined time period and SYSNET will be bearing this expenses alongwith your salary. Considering the same and expenses borne by the organization, we expect you to ensure your services further after the training for the organization based on your progress for a long time and in the event you decide to leave the organization during the training period, then you would be liable to reimburse the expenses to the organization for which HR will be in touch with you.
