Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Connecting and configuring the peripherals of a desktop / laptop.

• Complete assembly and disassembly of a desktop, identification of components, role and identification of ports, forced computer shutdown, use of laptop buttons.

• Routing and crimping of RJ11 / RJ45 network cables.

• Identification and role of wireless access points, switches and routers.

• Configuration of network equipment, wireless network security protocols.

• Mounting and connecting printers via USB, network cable and wireless. Scanner setup. Use of OCR software.

• Troubleshooting consumables (toner, cylinder, oven, etc.)

• Ability to prioritize daily activities and work against time.

• Works with the ticketing system to prioritize the activity.

• Works with the documentation system to record the particularities of each individual client.

• Improve and keep technical documentation up to date

• Ensures the correct transmission of requests from customers to the team and proposes solutions.


Minimum of Fresher - 5 Year(s) Of Experience
