Main Duties

• Able to work co-operatively with Agile teams to achieve project and team goals
• Builds stable and useful working relationships across departments
• Ability to write technical specifications based on functionality
• Analysis of fitness for purpose of software solutions
• Test and debug program
• Collaboration with senior development resources on high-level goals and features
• Evaluation of code and design quality
• Can write high quality code in line with guidelines and standards
• Fluency in at least one relevant programming language
• Refactoring of code
• Attitude to work in agile product development

Skills & Experience

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-4 years of Java/Spring Framework
• Experience using and creating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies
• Experience in product development (preferred)
• Experience/knowledge with CI/CD (Jenkins, Terraform preferred)
• Good to have exposure on Angular/Angular JS
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Design and write high quality code
• Evaluation of code and design quality
• Understands how products and technologies interface with each other and fit with the strategy and business needs
• Technical problem solving and strong debugging skills
• Strong Teamwork skills
