Job Description

    • Capable to work as IT Helpdesk Support Engineer in an global environment.
    • Knowledge on Windows desktop troubleshooting to provide level 1 support.
    • Knowledge on MS Windows Servers.
    • Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Office 365 environment.
    • Knowledge of NAS (Network attached storage) technologies.
    • Backup, replication, and maintenance.
    • Proactively monitor system health and take corrective actions.
    • professional certification like MCSE/MCSA/CCNA etc..
