Required Skills


Network and servers' installation and management

Knowledge in Linux system management

Knowledge on Windows system management, Windows 10, Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 Servers , Active Directory, Office365 , Virtualization.  

Knowledge on Azure and AWS cloud.

Hardware and software installation and management

Desktop support

Client communication and follow up

Vendor communication, follow up


Responsibilities


Maintain and manage current IT infrastructure.

Support users for desktop, laptop, network related issues.

Provide the right solution for user-based query / requirement.

Handle day to day IT related query / issue in a given timeline.

Product deployment and support including patch movement, DB update.

Installing and testing TV, iPad, iOS , Android application for deployment

Giving status report to Respective supervisor / Manager on daily basis.

Product deployment and support.

Willing to work on rotational shifts including night and weekends.

Ready to extend working hours during critical issues and deliveries. 

Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate with Customers.
