- Troubleshooting all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
- Server backup activities with consent of Concerned person.
- Keeping a record of all the company’s systems & belongings along with new purchase and warranty duration.
- Keeping track of the system allotted to employees.
- Update management if needed to update anything in the company's system along with quotations.
- Coordinating with vendors with the best negotiation skills on any purchase.
- Keeping updated contact details of all the vendors.
