To take Backup of
application software data, user profile, data files and check by

Retrieving backup data
·
To do regular
maintenance of desktop and server systems.
·
To make maintenance
report and Backup report
·
To make System
Monitoring report.
·
To give online support
by using Remote desktop, team viewer etc
·
To give telephonic
support.
·
troubleshooting of
various problems like virus problems, Network problems
