Hardware Engineer

To ensure that IT hardware devices are working properly
To issue IT resources to users as per their requirements
To ensure that IT servers are working properly, to keep a check on log & perform preventive maintenance
To troubleshoot day to day hardware related issues
To upload patch updates for ERP
To monitor antivirus and ensure that it is performing optimally
To support top management in case of issues with mobile devices
To ensure that the various policies of IT are adhered to by the employees
