• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician.
• Good understanding of computer systems, Laptop, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
• Able to manage and maintaining Asset inventory.
Minimum of Fresher - 1 Year(s) Of Experience
