Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Configuring VPN client and its connectivity issues.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Setting up user accounts and profiles on the systems.
• Installing and configuring operating systems and updates.
• Ensures maintenance of the Asset Register.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician.
• Good understanding of computer systems, Laptop, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
• Able to manage and maintaining Asset inventory.
