• Experience in windows and (ubuntu or linux) operating system - Experience in installation, debugging issues and hardware issues on system. • Installation, Repair and Rollout services of new desktops & laptops. • Installation and OS Support – Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation. • Installation and Software Support on Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications. • Provide phone/email/helpdesk-ticketing, onsite technical support to end-users on hardware, software, network, VOIP, & VPN related problems such as setup, troubleshooting. • Identify research, resolve, and document technical problems.
