• Under the direct supervision of the Shift Manager GTO, Desktop Engineer will provide Level 1, Level 2 support for hardware and software support to desktops, laptops, mobile devices by utilizing the Helpdesk ticketing system and knowledge base.
• Deliver superior customer service, and act as a Escalated point of contact for Helpdesk Administrator, to customers.
• Daily responsibilities include Monitoring & Maintaining Desktop systems, Thin-client, Along with Level 1 & 2 support for hardware and software support to desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
• Provide accurate documentation on design of installed hardware and software to production support team, maintaining Daily, weekly, Monthly reports.
