  • Desk side (XP/Vista/Win 7) Troubleshooting experience
  • OS Application (MS-Office, Acrobat Reader etc.), Antivirus handling experience
  • Mail Client installation/troubleshooting Knowledge
  • Good experience for managing desktops / Laptops / Network Printers etc
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Graduate with Hardware Diploma
