Job Description

1. Assembling of latest PC’s 2. Supported and maintenance PC’s and peripherals 3. Managing technical support team. 4. Installation & Configuration of various Networks under Windows peer to peer and Domain. 5. Troubleshooting of hardware software and Network issues. 6. Installation, and maintenance of branded and unbranded Desktop PCs 7. Performed troubleshooting and repair of defective pcs and associated peripherals. 8. Performed on – site technical support and end user instruction. 9. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS like windows / Linux 10. Continues check on hardware problems, virus Patch updates, and system hardware configuration updates. 13. Performing System and software upgrades by installing appropriate services packs for operating systems.
