Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Creating user accounts and performing access control
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
Provide desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Meeting with the user to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
Providing technical support via remote-access systems \
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes
Tracking and managing work records
IT asset inventory management
Provide documentation and technical specifications to management for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
Creation of the local work environment in Linux for the project management/project deployment
