Job Description

  • Candidate should be able to work independently
  • Candidate should be able to provide support for Desktop/Laptop, Printers and CCTV Camera
  • Knowledge on Baseline configurations and troubleshooting of Hardware and Software issues
  • Through knowledge on Windows operating systems of all versions
  • Knowledge on Domain managed environment
  • Conducting remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users if needed.
  • Maintaining technical documentation
  • knowledge of Mailing systems and Outlook configuration and maintenance
  • Knowledge on Video Conferencing systems
