Job Description
What we are looking for:
Database Administration for MySQL i.e Open source Databases, MS Azure MySQL(PaaS)
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
1. Configuration of Database preferably Opensource databases
2. Conceptual Design of the Database for better performance
3. Experience in continuous optimization and knowledge of performance parameters
4. Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
5. Continuous Monitoring of Logs and Database performances
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1 Deployment of the DB on Ms Azure cloud
3 Performance, integrity and security of business data and RDBMS databases [MySQL]
4 Coordination with OEM or Ms Azure Team
5 Performance tuning
6 Diagnosis and resolution of database errors and issues
